The place was spotlessly clean. the location, just across from Sumner Beach, was perfect for us and provided a beautiful backdrop. the variety of great-looking restaurants in close proximity made dining choices easy. We especially enjoyed the Vietnamese street food restaurant and the locally owned cinema nearby, which added to the overall experience. Le Petit Hotel provided a lovely and enjoyable stay.
We felt more than at home, no complaint.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, with French doors that opened onto a terrace. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nice places to eat nearby.
The hotel was a bit noisy at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. some of the room servicing was inconsistent, with different things done each day.

As a seasoned businessman with extensive experience in the industry, I chose this hotel in Sumner, Christchurch for a corporate offsite. Having sampled similar offerings in Europe and Asia, I can confidently say that Le Petit Hotel provided a delightful experience. The facilities were utilized effortlessly, allowing for a productive and comfortable stay.
The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or workspace. While the hotel offered a conducive environment for my corporate needs, having a designated area for work would have enhanced my productivity even further.

The value for money at this charming hotel was great and the room was cozy and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful Sumner Beach, and there are plenty of yummy restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better would have been to have milk available for coffee. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Lovely comfortable rooms with a very relaxed and easy-going feel. The modern bathroom was spotless and the bed, though a bit soft for our liking, was still quite comfortable. We enjoyed the great location near the ocean and interesting eateries in nearby Sumner. The host, Bruce, made us feel right at home. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a delightful and relaxed stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a bus stop towards the city center. the place is packed with modern conveniences, and the rooms are tidy and relaxing. You can spend some time admiring the beach view from the balcony. the breakfast menu is a treat for the taste buds, with fresh juice, coffee, cereal, and mouth-watering croissants.
The only negative aspect was a narrow parking area behind the property.

In the morning, the breakfast was delicious, featuring homemade croissants that were simply amazing. the location was great, with easy access to the city via a reliable taxi or a bus for only $4.
Some may find the location a bit far from where tours and trips operate, as most operators do not pick up or drop off at this hotel. However, it is easy to book a taxi or take a bus into the city, which is only a 20-minute journey.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection and the bed in our room was comfortable. It was also convenient that we could walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.
The hotel did not feel very safe. the windows did not have locks and the door to our room had a gate that could easily be opened from the outside without a key.
